Does “Metaphor Taking Shape” imply an exteriorisation to the process of poetry, or does it remain internal to the text? Does it remain in the resolution and development of the poem itself, or does it lead to its application to the page and thereby to the printed format or book that contains or manifests the poem?
As such does move towards intrinsic printing and binding formats, that become the territory of the so-called artists book, which we might now reclaim as the poets book? And / Or does this exteriorisation imply the whole physical gamut of editing, production, warehousing, and distribution of sorts ?
